Technical Information
Velox BT-1612 is a 33% active, 40% solids, naturally plant derived cetyl/lauryl dimethyl betaine in water. Velox BT-1612 is a classic amphoteric surfactant, used as an exceptionally mild cleansing agent, skin conditioner, foam booster and thickener. The exceptional quality of Velox BT1612 allows for use in a wide range of markets and applications. In Personal Care, Velox BT-1612 is based on a renewable vegetable lipid making it a uniquely natural compliment for use in hair shampoos, conditioners and rinses as a conditioning agent/ surfactant. Quality Dishwash Detergents utilize Velox BT-1612 for its ability to reduce irritation of other surfactants, generate high foam with excellent grease cutting and rinsing performance. HI&I Cleaning formulations economically employ Velox BT-1612 for detergency, foam boosting and low pH thickening.
