Technical Information
GBS™ 10% Sanitizer is an EPA registered End-Use-Product (EUP) based on the synergistic 4-chain blend of dialkyl and monoalkylbenzyl ammonium chlorides, GBS Q-15 and Q-24 Manufacturing-Use Products.
GBS 10% is a 10% active disinfectant and food contact sanitizer for the industry standard 1 ounce per 4 gallons dilution for a 200 ppm active sanitizer. It has been cleared for no rinse claims by the EPA in 40 CFR Section 180.940(a) and (c) for use on food processing equipment, utensils, and other food contact articles at a concentration of 200-400 ppm. Also registered as a laundry sanitizer for use in commercial, institutional and industrial laundry operations with human health pathogens claims against MRSA, HIV/HBV and emerging pathogen COVID-19.
Registered uses include Industrial/Commercial water treatment, recirculating cooling towers, and once through systems. In Oil Field, transmission pipelines and storage wells, packer fluids and hydrotesting.
