Technical Information
Salus PL-C is a 46% active coconut oil-based phospholipid foaming surfactant. Naturally plant derived, non-irritating with high biodegradability, Salus PL-C offers a skin friendly alternative to traditional foaming surfactants used in skin cleansers and cosmetics.
Derived from naturally renewable raw materials, Salus PL-C mimics the function of natural skin phospholipids, for gentle and effective cleansing performance while reducing the irritation effect of anionic surfactant formulation ingredients.
Incorporating Salus PL-C into Personal Care cleansers contributes a skin-conditioning effect without resulting in over-fatting, leaving a pleasant after-feel. In hair care products, use of Salus PL-C can help retain moisture, condition and assist with detangling.
In hard and soft surface cleaning applications, Salus PL-C provides excellent wetting with peroxide stability performance.
